1. No Smoking in the House
2. Park in only Designated Parking spots (never in yard)
3. Trash cans out to street Sunday Night for Monday pick up and return to driveway on Monday evening.
4. Notify Owners with repairs or issues, even if minor issues and report damages immediately 
5. No Pets- including pet sitting/friend’s pet
6. No Kegs allowed in house
7. Sidewalk Snow to be shoveled by Renters (city mandate)
8. Shut Water off Immediately if there are signs of a Leak (in the basement to the left at the bottom on the stairs- red lever)

10. Rent is due the 1st day of every month

11. Always lock the exterior doors when leaving

12. No Grease down the kitchen sink, use a jar for collection

13. No bottle tops, silverware, bones, etc down the disposal

14. Clean out dryer lint after each use to prevent a fire

15. No candles or oil diffusers

16. Do not remove smoke detectors 

17. No fires in the fireplace

18. Please take care of our home and keep it clean 

19. Someone will stop the first Monday afternoon of every month to change air filters. We will remind you prior to coming.
