Butler is a Community
What started as a practical investment when we became Butler parents quickly became a passion. We purchased two rental homes in Indianapolis, Indiana, and over the past five years, we've had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know many wonderful students. We enjoy guiding students in their first "rental responsibility" to help them when they launch after college and on their own for the first time. Even though our daughter graduated in May of 2026, we continue to love being a small part of the Butler community.
