Lease terms
Details regarding our standard lease agreements and conditions with a one year lease beginning in mid May and ending in mid May the following year. Lease available upon request.
Maintenance requests
Text on the house group message any maintenance issue, even if it feels small. It may prevent a bigger problem later. Maintenance issues are handled immediately.

NO pets of any kind as well as no "babysitting a pet for a friend"
Parking
Parking at Sunset is located behind the house while Rookwood has parking behind and in the driveway.
Homes are Furnished and Remodeled
Both homes are completely furnished. Each Bedroom has a bed, dresser, bedside table and desk. Both homes have been remodeled and updated in 2023.
Can I bring a piece of my own furniture? Absolutely, but you must move it out when lease is up unless communicated and agreed upon to leave by owner.

All utilities and internet are included except electricity
